I’m Armen. I build systems — of technology and of people.

Right now I’m building two things:

arashiOS — a Linux distribution purpose-built for Apple Silicon. Asahi + Arch + CachyOS-inspired optimizations. The benchmarks speak for themselves.

h00.sh — cognitive infrastructure that separates memory from inference, designed for AI agents and humans.

Before this, I was Principal Architect at Kernel (Bryan Johnson’s neurotechnology company), Director of Infrastructure at ChowNow, and have held CTO/co-founder roles across blockchain, music tech, and platform engineering. I’ve been building infrastructure and leading engineering teams since 2010.

I write about the things I’m building and the things I’ve learned building them. The technical content on this site comes from hands-on work, not commentary. When I publish benchmark numbers, they come with methodology, caveats, and raw data.
