I’m Armen. I build systems — of technology and people.

My work spans defense, media infrastructure, geospatial intelligence, and AI — usually at the layer where hardware meets software meets “figure it out.” I’ve been an architect, IC, director, CTO, and founder (sometimes all at once).

The title matters less than the problem.

Been writing code and compiling my own Linux kernels since middle school — over two decades now, and the grey in my beard is finally catching up. Everything else kind of followed from there.

Infrastructure and software — bare metal, cloud, automation, pipelines, provisioning. The unglamorous stuff that makes everything else possible. Increasingly, that means LLM-native tooling, agentic architectures, and the cognitive infrastructure underneath them. h00.sh and h00.bert are where the open work lives.

Spent a couple years at AWS leading cloud architecture for healthcare and life-sciences startups. Also served as Special Advisor to Armenia’s Ministry of High-Tech Industry.

arashiOS is a Linux distribution for Apple Silicon, built on Asahi + Arch + CachyOS optimizations. Pet project. Labor of love.

Everything on this site comes from doing the work, not watching it. If you’re building something hard — or just thinking about it — stick around.
